Hello! just stopped by the internet cafe to check emails. My friend Heather and I are going to walk around to try and get to know the streets better so we can figure out where to meet. I really haven´t seen much of Sevilla yet because it seems everything I have been doing is right in the same area. Fonsi is nice but I think my relationship with them is more formal, but i don´t know...we´ll see. Saturday we do our schedules, so that will be good, and Sunday we are taking a trip to Italica. Everything is going well but I am just so tense and frazzled all the time. But I figure I have put myself way out of my comfort zone which will make me ready for everything when I come back. But I am very happy I am here, it is really cool. I have made some good friends and I am starting to take pictures so I will figure out how to send them soon.

Note today from Kath:
Today I met my family. My lady´s name is Fonsi and she has a husband and the grandparents are in the house, too. My barrio is incredibly close to where we were staying (Hotel Fernando) and really close to the university and my classes. I am lucky because I am already able to walk right out of my Barrio and know where I am. This internet cafe is right outside, which is nice, and a supermarket and whatnot. Plus, it is right off a huge street so it will be easier to navigate...

Kath, Adam, and Evan at the British Airways counter at the O'Hare International terminal on Saturday, Aug. 26. The flight made it safely to London on Sunday and then to Madrid. From Madrid, Kath and Adam took the train to Seville, and Evan continued south to the Costa del Sol.

until she moves to her housing accomodations.
